Make sure the vanilla version still running without F4SE, run vanilla FO4, console command F4SE (getF4SEversion) it should not be there. Turn off god rays. 3. Play the game windowed borderless. 4. Turn off any application that can boost your CPU. Including boosters in BIOS settings.
